We wanted to go to bela cio restaurant which is behind this restaurant, but they said we need to have reservation. And the atmosphere was not family friendly as alcohol is served normally. So we exit and were hungry. Then we saw this restaurant “The Italian Gourmet” my wife said let’s give it a try. We are so happy that we tried it, it is absolutely delicious and very very fresh food. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes for your food to arrive everything is cooked fresh and very delicious. The chef is Italian for real, The pizza options are just absolutely amazing, the crust the fresh topping OMG. You must try this place, I can’t recommend this place enough as much as it’s delicious, and the staff are wonderful, very friendly and the atmosphere is very family friendly. We have already went back 3 times and every time we are amazed with the food. And the best part is the price. It’s very very cheap, they have pizza options which is only 8K IQD! I mean where you can find an original Italian pizza in that price. Just give it a try one time, you won’t regret. Enjoy

Pasta too! Definitely would come back if I get a craving for anything Italian. I did not order a dessert, but want to mention they looked soooo good.
I go there regularly and I must say their food is always great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very cozy and homey and the same goes for the food too! It’s authentic Italian cuisine, the portions are generous, and the prices are very affordable. Sending lots of love to the staff!
We came here for a family lunch and ordered a few different things to try, the overall vibe of the place is amazing especially with the Christmas decorations going gives you a warm Christmas vibe. The food was very good, the pizza was very good I personally love the thing bread style pizzas. The pasta was also really good and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend to try this place.
It is resto cafe concept, nicely decorated,,classy with nice ambiance.they have indoor and outdoor areas
We ordered 2 pizza ,Al funghi was average but Bufala was excellent. Was not expensive at all, very affordable to everyone.
The service was fast ,the staff was extremely nice but sometimes they exaggerate and you can easily feel that.
They have to make balance between offering a good service and being friendly. They have to take care of that.
I would definitely come back.
